Dar es salaam which means the coastal of peace can be described as The largest and business city in Tanzania,with an estimated 4 million people,Dar es Salaam Tanzania is now the busiest Sea port in East Africa.Its International Airport being one of the Centre of connection from Tanzania to Europe,America,Asia middle and far East. The city continues to attract investors,indicated by the increase in the number of Super markets,Hotels,Private Hospital,banks,restaurants and other investment as well as growing tourist markets.It is the gateway and centre of starting point to Safaris in Tanzania and the Spice Island of Zanzibar, just 90 minute fast ferry ride away, and also stand as starting point to the southern safari circuits

Located about 25-30 km north of the city on the Kunduchi area.The beach hotels located on this part of the beach are Bahari Beach, Whitesands,Giraffe Hotel,Jangwani Sea Breeze, Kunduchi and Silversands and many others - all offering a variety luxury and budget accommodation and water sports along this attractive stretch of the Tanzanian coast.

There are very excellent 5star and chain of the Hotels,Holiday Inn,Moven Pick,Harbour View,New Africa Hotel,Peacock Hotel and many more in the city, Out skirt of the city Coco Beach at Oyster Bay is popular and a good swimming beach mostly visited by the locals.The Oyster Bay Hotel overlooks the beach.The Yacht Club at Msasani Peninsula has a private beach.Although the club is for members only,it is possible to get temporary membership
South Part Beaches
