Mikumi National Park
Mikumi National Park lies alongside the Northern border of Africa’s biggest Game Reserve – the Selous Game Reserve. The open horizons and abundant wildlife of the Mkata Floodplain, the fashionable centrepiece of Mikumi, draw frequent comparisons to the more famous Serengeti Plains. More than 400 bird species were recorded, the lilac-breasted rollers, yellow-throated longclaws and bateleur eagles joined by a host of European migrants during the rainy season.
Ruaha National Park
Ruaha National Park is the second-largest National Park in Tanzania and covers an area of about 22,000 km². It is one of the few of Tanzania’s famous wilderness areas, whereby the experience of game viewing is spiced up by the exciting landscape and its Great Ruaha River. The park has a high concentration of elephants and magnificent mammals and a habitat for endangered wild dogs, leopards, cheetahs, giraffes, zebras, elands, impalas, bat-eared foxes and jackals.
Udzungwa National Park
Udzungwa is the most significant example of the Eastern Arc Mountains’ natural world that runs in a chain through the whole of Tanzania. The forest makes Udzungwa unique in East Africa, and there is no other place with unbroken series of wood stretching from an altitude of 250 meters up to more than 2000 meters.

Day 1: Dar es Salaam to Mikumi National Park
Early morning pick-up from Dar es Salaam and drive to Mikumi National Park, approximately 6 hours from Dar es Salaam. You will arrive in time for hot lunch, then after lunch. You will proceed with the game drive till evening-viewing animals such as elephants, lions, giraffes, buffalos, warthogs, wildebeests, hartebeests, antelopes, and hippos, crocodiles and pythons.

Deliciously morning breakfast, to be enjoyed in camp departure for a full day of game drives around Mikumi National Park with picnic lunch. The open horizons and plentiful wildlife of the Mkata Floodplain, the popular centrepiece of Mikumi, usually draw frequent comparisons to the famous Serengeti Plains.
Before the end of the day, you will return to the camp and spend the time relaxing in the swimming pool, evening dinner and overnight.
Day 3: Mikumi National Park to Ruaha National Park
Great Ruaha River up on the high plateau where Iringa is situated. Stop in Iringa for lunch, then proceed to Ruaha arrives late afternoon.

Deliciously morning breakfast, followed by a full day of game drives with picnic lunches. Ruaha is the second-largest park and the second-largest elephant sanctuary in Tanzania. The wide variety of animals that the inhabit the park includes greater and lesser kudus, cheetahs, lions, roan and sable antelopes.
Day 6: Ruaha National Park to Udzungwa National Park
After morning breakfast, you will hike the Udzungwa Mountains, see species endemic to Udzungwa, waterfalls and swim in the fresh water hole at the base of the falls. Later in the afternoon, you will walk back to the camp or lodge for dinner and overnight.
Day 7: Udzungwa National Park to Dar es Salaam
