The Villa is located on the north east coast of Zanzibar in the district of Matemwe.The Villa is directly opposite the Mnemba Atoll which provides some of the best diving and snorkelling in Zanzibar.The property is very private and infact it is rare to see anyone other than local fisherman on the beach.The Matemwe Bungalows hotel is approximately 500 metres from the Villa.
